Can you describe your adventure with Chamas GROUP'?
When I was hired by the #ChamasFamily, there were only 2 employees, now there are around 30. I've definitely grown with Chamas, both professionally and personally. I started as a communications assistant and I'm now in charge of my own department. The management trusted me, which helped me set up some great marketing operations. I'm proud to contribute daily to the brand's development, and to be constantly on the lookout for new ways to stand out from the competition and attract a wider customer base.
How would you describe the company culture?
The #ChamasFamily vibe is part of our daily routine. We have our own dining room where we can eat and talk together, and a ping pong table where we can challenge each other. Events are organized regularly (bowling evenings, product tastings, company quizzes, etc.), building real team cohesion. Plus, creativity is at the heart of the company, and Chamas encourages people to show initiative. We're not held back in our imagination, as you can see on our stunning website, right? [Laughter] Our managers are always there to listen, and their door is always open to help us with any difficulties we may encounter.
One word to describe your adventure with the #ChamasFamily
EVOLUTIVE, both in terms of the missions entrusted to me and the development of the network
Can you describe your adventure with Chamas GROUP'?
My adventure with Chamas has been extremely enriching and instructive in many ways. I was able to take on some very interesting missions and projects with real stakes and responsibilities. I never thought I'd be able to take part in something like this, knowing that I'm mainly interested in the fast-food sector. I feel extremely fulfilled within the Group!
How has Chamas GROUP' contributed to your professional development?
Chamas Group contributed significantly to my professional development by letting me pursue my bachelor's degree as part of a work-study program. Then, I had the opportunity to continue the adventure during my master's degree. With Chamas, I feel ready to enter working life, having acquired skills in my chosen field, but also in other areas by participating in cross-disciplinary projects.
How would you describe the company culture?
The company culture is quite special in that as soon as you arrive you feel immersed in the ChamasFamily universe. You get to know the brand and stand up for it, and the best part is that in the end, you share this common vision around the group. It makes you want to go further and higher.
One word to describe your adventure with the #ChamasFamily
In a word, I'd describe my adventure as INTENSE, because I really feel like I've acquired a lot of skills and know-how in two years.
How did your integration into Chamas GROUP go?
I was adopted by the #ChamasFamily in September 2023 along with 5 other new hires. The HR team welcomed us for an initial presentation of the company and gave us our welcome booklet, as well as a goody bag (logoed eco cup, keyring, pen) which made me feel directly integrated into the #ChamasFamily. We then had a tour of the premises and were introduced to the on-site team and our manager. Over the next few days, I started work straight away, while being given training by my manager. I can rely on a team that is always available to answer any questions I may have.
How would you describe the company culture?
The company culture is very strong, and you directly feel its independence in its management. Chamas does not outsource the concept of its restaurants, with a real architect's work, the training of new franchisees, unique recipes... CHAMAS TACOS does not take its inspiration from other TACOS franchise brands but develops its own concept with human values.
One word to describe your adventure with the #ChamasFamily
INSPIRING but also MOTIVATING, I know that's two words, but I could add loads more [laughs].
